How to lose weight (in my case 47kg) and have a new life. MY NEW LIFE STARTED AT 33!

I am happy to share with you my story of how I weigh only 47kg and am no longer fat. I checked my Body Mass Index using the BMI calculator or you can call weight loss calculator easily.
I was pretty slim, but when I got married, everything changed. My husband and I sat on the sofa with glasses, beer, and chips and watched TV for hours. Many of you will know what I'm talking about. I have continued to gain weight. Then it was 94kg.
